This Saturday, July 10th, is the release date of the new edition of Warhammer Fantasy. As part of the launch weekend we will be doing several special things!
We will be having a Midnight Sale for the new edition of the book. Instead of closing our doors at 11pm Friday night, we will stay open until past midnight to allow you to get your hands on the massive tome that is 8th Edition Fantasy
On Saturday, the 10th, we will be holding a Warhammer Fantasy Iron Builder event. Bring a whole bunch of Warhammer Fantasy models and your tools, and throw down with everyone else to see who can build the most in two hours
Also on Saturday, we will be running an Intro to Warhammer Fantasy 8th Edition event for the better part of the day. Just bring 500 points of your favorite Warhammer Fantasy army (the only restrictions are that it must include 1 Core choice and must follow the new army composition rules) and square off against either someone from the store or another person with 500 points.
Lastly (also, you guessed it, on Saturday), we will be hosting a Warhammer Fantasy Farewell/Hello Mega-Battle. It will be a four-round affair that will start out using the 7th Edition rules and will wrap up using the 8th Edition rules (a perfect place to show off all your newly assembled models from the Iron Builder earlier in the day).

We will be closing at 6pm on Sunday, July 4th, and will be closed on Monday, July 5th and Tuesday, July 6th for cleaning and general repairs.
As part of our Post-Fourth cleaning frenzy we will be tackling the display cases from top to bottom. To help us with this we need everyone who currently has miniatures on display in the cases to contact us (please call the store at 937.299.2809). We are asking that everyone let us know who will be dropping by to collect any miniatures on display and take them off-premises. We do not have sufficient storage at the store to allow for in-store storage while we work on the cases, so all miniatures must be picked up and taken off-site.
We appreciate the wonderful displays that people have been so generous to share with us (and everyone who comes through the store) and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. We will have the cases cleaned and ready to show off the masterpieces that you wish to show off and share by Friday, July 9th. If you wish to display miniatures in the cases after we've finished with the cleaning please let us know starting Wednesday, July 7th so that we can assign shelf space appropriately.
